Decant Information
Decants are transferred from original retail bottles into premium travel-size atomizers. Bottle design, cap style, label placement, and atomizer style may vary based on availability.
Orders & Payments
* All orders are prepaid and partial COD only.
* Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping Policy
* We ship across India.
* Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Once shipped, responsibility for delivery timelines lies with the courier partner.
Order Cancellation & Modification
* Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped.
* Fragrance, size, and shipping details cannot be modified after order confirmation.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted after dispatch.
Damaged, Leaked or Missing Products
* An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products.
* The video must start before opening the package and remain unedited.
* Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
